Kashin Japanese Restaurant at 309 Crossroads Boulevard, Cary, North Carolina.

My husband and I had a wonderful meal here on Monday the 17th of December.
We're from Seattle and have had a difficult time finding very good Japanese food in the eastern part of North Carolina, but Kashin is really a wonderful hole in the wall.
For a Monday it was very busy and they have one cook and one sushi chef, with two servers. I found the service to be attentive, friendly, and quick. One of the other guests seemed to think their food was taking too long and they left without really asking after their food. I found that to be quite rude and impatient, but the servers acted well and felt bad for their guests who left.
We will absolutely be back and will tell our friends!
