    Both times I was here the wrong nurse showed up to her shift, leading to a 30 minute teaching session from one nurse to another on where everything was and how to do her job. When you have strep the last thing you want to do is watch nurses give each other tours. They weren't very sympathetic to the fact sick people were waiting for them. Seems very disorganized.
