I don't think it would be possible for the staff to do less and work slower.

They take like 15 to 30 minute breaks in between each person at a window. No care for helping tax paying citizens not waste their time. This plays needs a manager to make sure the staff actually works and helps customers. All the worst things and stereotypes about how slow the people at a DMV work is too true at this place. It is literally like each employee is trying to outdo the other on doing the least amount of work.

Currently 2 windows out of 8 are helping customers....been like that for about 30 effing minutes. I hate these people with a passion that cannot be expressed in words as I waste my day watching incompetence upon incompetence.
